Bag Co has been actively producing bags & luggages,
accessories and apparel in Vietnam since 1998 and now have our own
production studio in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, which has in
the last 10 years risen to be the epicenter of quality manufacturing.
In a short period of time, this studio has evolved from producing bags
for the consumer market to extremely technical products for the law
enforcement and military industry. Our office and production studio is
located in the Tan Binh District, 10 minutes away from Tan Son Nhat
International Airport.
The team on the ground in Saigon comprises of individuals with extensive background in manufacturing. The studio manager, head technician and QC supervisor alone have more than 25 years of collective experience. These individuals have past clients that included IKEA, Deuter, Crumpler, Nike, YakPak, Trader Joe’s, LIDL, Itochu and Belkin.

As noted above, one of our focus is the product development of your designs. We have some of the best technicians in our studio who will be available to help with your design concepts and apply creative solutions to any design problems.
Companies have used GC Bag Co for product development simply to keep the product out of other offshore development studios due to potential industrial espionage. Most of the companies in our industry are developing products in the same offshore factories. Using GC Bag Co for product development will help ensure that your new designs will remain secret for as long as possible.
Our documentation begins with the first conversation. We document all conversations, transactions, developments, and time spent on your project and provides you with a copy of our paper trail upon completion of the project.
Prototyping:
The prototype will be nearly identical to the model but will be a fully usable product. This is your generation one prototype. This product can be modified before or after beta testing.
Manufacture Sourcing:
GC Bag Co has access to dozens of manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and Thailand. Should our production studio not be the right facility for your products, we can help you decide which manufacturer would be best and assist with counter sample production inspection and delivery. Once the counter-samples have been approved, we can provide on-site manufacturing quality control at the selected factory to ensure that the integrity of the product and quality of the manufacturing is maintained.
Delivery:
We can work with your seasonal ordering cycles and act as a forwarding agent with the factory and delivery agent with your distribution centers to guarantee timely delivery of super high quality product.
